Bourbon and Apples

Apples and Bourbon

From: Co-founder Elad Zvi, Bar-Lab, Miami Beach, FL.  Yield: 1 drink.

1¾ parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon infused with apples
½ part Aperol® Apertivo Liqueur
¾  part lemon juice
½ part thyme honey
dash of maple bitters

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with thyme sprig and apple slice.
